A place for stories about chronic illness, disability, mental health, and neurodivergence.

my why

By

still here, unexpectedly
i refuse to do the deed
for them

forward facing fakers
they save flowers
for my resting place

i will not afford them peace
by way of a final breath
not yet

my living is a proxy for justice
but it will do
for now
